Jeddah: It all started way back 2016 in someone’s backyard where an offset home smoker always becomes the charm in every celebration. Friends and relatives had been our first regular customers who became the means
of getting more requests from outside functions. .
An event in Jeddah was our first public exposure where live smoking and selling took place and was indeed a very fulfilling and successful event! This later took us in planning to open a Restaurant to be able to
cater more people and taste our passion in Smoking.
Expanding our knowledge in the field took us to visit and have trainings on some well-known Smoke/BBQ restaurants in Texas at the time bought our customized Smoker from the famous Pitmaster David Myron Mixon. Passion
in smoking and serving the best quality smoked meat is our first priority since beginning. So, Traditional Smoking is our choice but final cooking is with the use of Modern Technique called Sous-vide.
Most of our served foods are homemade which makes us unique and definitely of best quality!
